Once again, these statistics show that for all Tulsa OK Homes sold during the month was moving in a steady, positive directions for sellers throughout the Tulsa, OK area.  A healthy market is one that has an ever changing inventory that is priced right and sells within a reasonable amount of time, close to the asking price.  This is evident in the numbers above.
